You are lying on a comfortable table in a quiet, serene space. Hands may be used above or gently on the body to help energy flow to where you need it most. You may or may not experience various sensations such as tingles, heat, chills, lightness, or something else unique to you and will leave the session feeling relaxed. Each session, either a one time or monthly event will be a different experience depending on what you and your body require at that moment in time.

Chakra is a Sanskirt (Hindu language) word meaning wheel or vortex and there are 7 major chakras in the body (and many minor chakras such as palms, feet, knees, etc):
Root – located at the base of the spine; represents grounding, stability, identity
Sacral – located near the naval; represents creativity, sexuality, pleasure
Solar Plexus – located at the ribcage; represents self-esteem & confidence
Heart – located at the heart; represents love & compassion
Throat – located at the throat; represents communication
Third Eye – located in between the eyes; represents intuition & imagination
Crown – located at the top of the head; represents awareness & intelligence

I am a Certified Reiki Master Practitioner, offering both in-person and remote Reiki energy-balancing sessions. My journey has been guided by training with renowned teachers such as Oliver Nino (The Spiritual Activator), Diane Goldner, and Charlie Goldsmith, along with many other courses that deepened my connection to energy work.
I’ve had the honor of supporting clients from all walks of life—those weaving Reiki into their self-care rituals as well as those moving through illness, healing, or life transitions. Reiki is a sacred practice of channeling universal life force energy, and I am passionate about holding space for others to experience its gentle yet powerful effects. It is my joy to share this peaceful, restorative, and heart-centered modality with you, helping you reconnect to balance, clarity, and your own inner light.
